What is the definition of alchemy? A transformative process so effective, it almost seems like magic. Our instruction and our team cohesion feels like pure alchemy. We are grateful to be surrounded with gifted and good people. Alchemy traditionally incorporates the elements (earth, air, water, fire) into its processes. We view ourselves and our teammates as the elements; all different and unique, none above or below each other, and all are necessary to maintain universal balance and harmony.
